What we do
SafeWork Psychology is a specialist consultancy of workplace psychologists delivering end-to-end psychosocial safety services.
We translate complex legal and psychological principles into practical, tailored solutions that create mentally healthy and high performing workplaces.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Instead, we partner closely with organisations to design approaches that fit their unique needs, risks, culture, and challenges to ensure lasting, meaningful change.

What sets us apart
With over a decade of expertise in psychosocial safety and workplace mental health, Aislin brings deep experience that spans both public and private sectors.
Aislin previously worked with the health and safety regulator and contributed to the development of Queensland's Managing the Risk of Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code of Practice 2022 and the nationally recognised People at Work psychosocial risk assessment platform.
This means we understand exactly what's required to:
-
Meet your psychosocial safety legal obligations
-
Go beyond minimum standards
-
Make work better for mental health - not just less harmful.
When you work with us, you’re partnering with experts who have helped shape legislation, build national psychosocial risk assessment platforms and supported hundreds of workplaces to create mentally healthy workplaces.

Aislin Campbell
Director and Principal Psychologist
Aislin Campbell is a Registered Psychologist and expert in psychosocial safety and workplace mental health. With over a decade of experience in psychosocial safety, organisational development and assessment, she has worked across diverse industries in both the public and private sectors. Holding a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, Aislin has led research projects on employee psychological health and wellbeing.
As a former Chief Advisor for the health and safety regulator, she led the nationally acclaimed People at Work digital psychosocial risk assessment project, contributed to the Managing the Risk of Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code of Practice 2022, and developed Australia’s first integrated workplace mental health toolkit from a safety regulator. Aislin has also designed successful psychological health strategies and wellbeing programs.
Many solutions aimed at addressing workplace mental health continue to focus on the individual rather than looking at systematic or multipronged approaches.
